All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on Soccer Sole Hub are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if there is a size issue caused by our mistake (e.g., if we send a different size than what was ordered).

If we send the wrong size, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.
If the size issue is due to a customer error when selecting the size, we will not be able to offer an exchange.
